Stoicism

The Stoicism category explores one of the most influential philosophical traditions to come out of the ancient world.

Originating in Greece with the teachings of Zeno of Citium and later developed by thinkers such as Seneca, Epictetus, and Marcus Aurelius, Stoicism focuses on cultivating inner discipline, rational thinking, and emotional resilience.

The philosophy teaches that while many events in life remain outside our control, our judgments, reactions, and choices always remain within our reach.
